This Hazy IPA pours with a luminous, opaque glow, releasing an intense bouquet dominated by Harlequin hops. Expect vivid sensory markers of ripe peach and tangy passionfruit that lean into a lush, tropical profile. The malt backbone remains supportive and bready, ensuring the focus stays on the juicy hop expression. Appearance. Straw to light amber (4-6 SRM) with an opaque, hazy clarity and a thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with dominant notes of peach, passionfruit, and subtle tropical citrus; supported by a clean, neutral, and lightly bready malt background with no caramel or toastiness.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with ripe peach and passionfruit; low to medium-low bitterness that is well-masked by the grain bill; finishes off-dry and smooth with a clean, fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, soft texture; medium carbonation and a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth; no astringency or harsh hop bite.
