This Hazy IPA showcases the innovative Most hop variety from the Czech Republic, delivering a modern, juice-forward profile with a distinctive European refinement. A bright, opaque pour leads with an intense bouquet of stone fruit and tropical citrus, supported by a delicate, bready malt base. On the palate, the Most hops provide a lush, multi-layered fruitiness—evocative of ripe peaches and sweet melon—complemented by a soft, pillowy texture and a restrained bitterness. The finish is remarkably smooth and off-dry, ensuring the vibrant hop character remains the focus of this approachable, sessionable take on the style.
Appearance. Straw to light gold (4 SRM); opaque haze with a luminous glow; thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. High intensity fruity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of peach, nectarine, and subtle tropical citrus from the Most hops. Clean, lightly bready and grainy malt background; neutral fermentation profile with negligible esters.
Taste. Dominant hop flavors of stone fruit and sweet citrus; low to moderate bitterness that is softly integrated. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. Finish is clean, off-dry, and smooth, with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste and no harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft, and slightly creamy texture; moderate carbonation; very low alcohol warmth; devoid of any astringency or grain harshness.
