Appearance. Brilliantly clear, very pale straw color. Topped with a white, frothy head that displays moderate retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high hop intensity featuring punchy notes of apricot, mango, and papaya from the Wolf and Azacca. Low grainy-sweet malt aroma provides a clean foundation. Fermentation is clean with no perceptible esters, allowing Ahtanum Cryo’s floral and citrus highlights to emerge.

Taste. Initial impression is crisp and refreshingly dry. Neutral malt flavors of light grain and crackers are followed by tropical fruit and stone fruit flavors.
