Citrus Maxima presents as a vibrant American IPA that leans heavily into its namesake character. The sensory experience is defined by an assertive burst of fresh grapefruit zest and pith, bolstered by citrus-forward hops that provide layers of tangerine and lemon peel. This aromatic intensity is supported by a clean, lean malt backbone of pale grains, ensuring the fruit character remains the focal point. On the palate, the beer is exceptionally refreshing and zesty, delivering a firm bitterness that transitions into a crisp, dry finish. It is a bright, hop-centric ale that perfectly balances fruit-driven acidity with classic resinous hop notes.

Appearance. Radiant medium gold with high clarity. Features a medium-sized, white, persistent head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent grapefruit, lemon zest, and orange peel. A very low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hop presentation. Fermentation is clean with no significant esters.
