This Red IPA presents a harmonious balance between robust hop character and a supportive malt backbone. The sensory experience begins with fresh, resinous pine and bright citrus notes that mingle with a mellow, toasty malt profile featuring hints of caramel and dried fruit. Despite its firm bitterness, the mouthfeel remains smooth with an excellent body that provides a satisfying weight without becoming heavy. The finish is clean and dry, leaving a lingering impression of hop zest and a gentle toasted grain sweetness. It exemplifies the Specialty IPA style, where freshness and malt-hop equilibrium are paramount for a drinkable, medium-strength ale.
