Stack Yard is a highly sessionable American Wheat Beer that balances a rustic, grainy foundation with contemporary hop expression. Extra Pale and Vienna malts provide a delicate bready sweetness, bolstered by a significant wheat addition for a soft, fluffy texture. The sensory profile is defined by a vivid dry-hop blend of Mosaic, Monroe, and Azacca, which delivers elegant layers of soft floral aromatics, citrus, and tropical fruit. At a lower ABV, it remains remarkably refreshing, finishing dry and crisp with a clean fermentation profile that allows the interplay of bready grains and modern hops to shine.

Appearance. Pale yellow to light gold (approx. 4 SRM). Features a persistent, frothy white head with moderate lacing. Slight haze is present, characteristic of the high wheat content and generous dry-hopping.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready and doughy wheat notes. The hop profile is prominent but soft, displaying floral character alongside hints of blueberry, tropical fruit, and citrus from the Mosaic and Azacca. Clean fermentation with no esters or phenols.
