Solar Drift is a vibrant American Pale Ale that leans into modern New England influences to deliver a refreshing sensory experience. A grist of barley and oats provides a soft, mellow foundation for a bright hop profile driven by the combination of Citra, Ella, and Strata. High-intensity aromas of tropical fruit and intense passionfruit lead the way, followed by sharp grapefruit accents and a hint of floral spice. The palate is a delicious crusher, balancing a light bready maltiness with moderate bitterness and a clean finish. It emphasizes drinkability while delivering the punchy, fruit-forward aromatics characteristic of its contemporary hop selection.
