Shore Drift is a contemporary American Pale Ale that captures the essence of the Suffolk coast with its luminous, hazy presentation. The sensory profile is driven by a precise selection of Nelson Sauvin, El Dorado, and Mosaic hops. Nelson Sauvin provides elegant notes of white grape and crushed gooseberry, while El Dorado contributes layers of sweet tropical fruit and pineapple. Mosaic rounds out the aromatic profile with its signature berry and stone fruit complexity. This fog pale is designed for high drinkability, balancing a soft, pillowy malt base against a refreshing, moderate bitterness for a clean, fruit-forward finish.

Appearance. Pale golden (approx. 6 SRM) with a significant, stable white head that leaves delicate lacing. While traditionally clear, this version presents a characteristic hazy, 'foggy' opacity.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical fruit, white grape, and mixed berries. Low grainy-sweet malt character provides a neutral foundation. Clean fermentation profile with negligible yeast esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with flavors of mango, pear, and gooseberry. Low to moderate neutral maltiness supports a moderate hop bitterness that never becomes harsh. The balance leans toward the modern New World hop character with a clean, medium-dry finish and lingering notes of tropical fruit.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle prickle on the tongue. Zero alcohol warmth and no detectable astringency.
