Over the Winds is a vibrant American Pale Ale that highlights a modern trio of hops: Galaxy, Bru-1, and HBC 520. It pours with a bright, enticing clarity and a frothy white head. The aroma is dominated by high-intensity notes of fresh pineapple and passionfruit, backed by a subtle raspberry and red berry undertone. On the palate, the fruit-forward hop character translates into layers of stone fruit and tropical sweetness, balanced by a clean, neutral malt backbone and a moderate, crisp bitterness. The 4.6% ABV provides a light, approachable structure that finishes dry and refreshing, making it an exceptionally drinkable showcase of contemporary hop breeding.

Appearance. Pale golden (approximately 6 SRM) with a large, persistent white head and excellent clarity. Fine, lacy carbonation trails.

Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring distinct pineapple and passionfruit notes from Bru-1 and Galaxy. HBC 520 adds a unique layer of red berry and tropical melon. Low, neutral grainy malt sweetness provides a clean foundation with no diacetyl.
