This modern American Pale Ale presents a foggy, contemporary interpretation of the style, emphasizing a lush and vibrant fruit profile. The strategic use of Citra and Bru-1 hops drives intense aromas of ripe mango and freshly cut pineapple, while the inclusion of Krush adds layers of bright citrus and stone fruit. Supported by a specialized grain bill featuring oats and dextrin malts, the sensory experience is defined by a soft, pillowy texture that carries the "fruit cocktail" character effortlessly across the palate.
