Delta Ridge is a vibrant American Pale Ale from Burnt Mill Brewery that masterfully balances classic and modern hop profiles. A foundational whirlpool addition of Centennial and Chinook establishes a traditional base of bright citrus and resinous pine. This is layered with a heavy dry-hop of Mosaic and Idaho, contributing intense aromas of tropical fruits, ripe berries, and a signature dankness. Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (approx. 6-8 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a moderately large, frothy white head that shows good retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring grapefruit and resinous pine from Centennial and Chinook. These notes are layered with tropical mango, papaya, and mixed berries from the Mosaic and Idaho dry-hop, accompanied by a pungent, dank herbal quality. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy-sweet foundation.

Taste. Leading with a burst of citrus zest and tropical fruit. Flavors of pine, mango, and blueberry are prominent. The malt provides a light, supportive bready character without caramel interference. Bitterness is moderate to high, providing a firm, moreish structure. The finish is dry and clean with lingering hop resin and citrus oils.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, smooth texture. Carbonation is moderate to high, enhancing the refreshing quality of the beer. Alcohol warmth is absent, and the finish is free of astringency.
