Silver Lining is an elegant Witbier that beautifully balances Scotland’s finest grains with traditional Belgian aromatics. It pours a characteristically hazy, pale straw hue beneath a dense, moussy white head. The aroma is a bright invitation of zesty orange peel and perfumy coriander, grounded by a soft, bready malt presence with whispers of honey and vanilla. On the palate, the creamy texture of unmalted wheat and oats carries refreshing citrus and subtle herbal spice.
