Stainless Forest is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases a lush, modern hop profile. Utilizing a blend of Simcoe, Ekuanot, Amarillo, and Cascade, it delivers a powerful sensory experience. Bright notes of tangerine zest and ripe cantaloupe lead the charge, supported by a resinous undercurrent of pine sap and dank cannabis. Despite its 8.2% ABV, the beer remains remarkably approachable, balancing intense tropical and citrus fruit with a soft, bready malt backbone. It captures the essence of the brewery's fermentors through its clean, bold execution of New World hops, finishing with a lingering, pleasant bitterness and a smooth, well-integrated warmth.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange; hazy to opaque. Features a thick, persistent white head with excellent lacing and retention.

Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by Simcoe and Ekuanot. Distinctive notes of resinous pine and dank cannabis are layered over sweet tangerine zest and ripe cantaloupe. Very low, clean, grainy malt presence in the background.

Taste. Powerful hop-forward palate featuring zesty citrus and melon flavors. Simcoe provides a firm piney backbone, while Amarillo contributes bright orange notes. Moderately high bitterness is well-integrated and lacks harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering impression of tropical fruit and resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a smooth lift. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but remains smooth and never solventy.
