There are two opportunities to add hops in the brewing process: first on what we call the “hot side,” which is when the water, malts, and hops boil until sugars & flavors of those ingredients have been extracted; and then again on the “cold side” after the wort has cooled and yeast has been added to create beer.

DDH Treevana got double the dose on the cold side, resulting in an INSANE limited-edition version of Burgeon’s hallmark IPA. 🤯⁠
