Burdock Swoon reimagines the classic English Porter as a refined non-alcoholic experience. This dark ale leans into a rich foundation of roasted barley and oats, delivering a profile that is notably toasty and inviting. Aromas of cocoa and baked biscuits lead into a palate characterized by soft chocolate notes and a hint of nutty caramel. The addition of oats provides a smooth, satisfying texture that belies its low alcohol content. While the finish is clean and slightly dry, a gentle roast bitterness lingers, echoing the traditional character of a brown British ale without the presence of harsh or burnt edges.

Appearance. Dark brown in color with deep ruby highlights; clear but nearing opaque. Topped with a moderate, light tan head that shows fair retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring bready and toasty malt notes with a mild chocolate roastiness. Subdued earthy hop character and faint fruity esters are present, alongside a nutty, biscuity quality from the roasted barley.
