This refreshing Wild Specialty Beer presents a vibrant sensory profile driven by generous additions of fresh raspberry and mango puree. The aroma is dominated by the floral, sharp perfume of red berries coupled with a tropical, pulpy mango depth. On the palate, a clean, lactic tartness provides a bracing structure, allowing the vivid raspberry fruitiness to shine before transitioning into a succulent mango finish. Designed for high drinkability at a sessionable strength, the beer balances its acidic bite with a subtle, fruity sweetness. Its character is bright and thirst-quenching, defined by the harmonious interplay between the tangy berry notes and the lush tropical stone fruit.
Appearance. A vibrant, hazy rose to deep pink hue (SRM 4–7 with red tint). Pours with a moderate, light-pink head that dissipates relatively quickly, leaving minimal lacing.
Aroma. High intensity aromatics of fresh-picked raspberries and ripe, tropical mango. A clean, sharp lactic acidity is present, with very low bready malt and no detectable hop aroma.
Taste. Leading with an immediate, bracing tartness of raspberry, followed by the fleshy, sweet-tart flavor of mango. Very low hop bitterness allows the fruit and acidity to lead. The finish is dry, crisp, and exceptionally clean, with a lingering fruit skin tartness.
Mouthfeel. Light body with high carbonation that enhances the refreshing, gulp-able quality. No alcohol warmth is perceived. Minimal astringency from the fruit purees.
