This Double IPA presents a saturated hop profile driven by the interplay of Cashmere, Sabro, and Strata. Expect a wave of tropical complexity where Sabro introduces distinct coconut and cream notes, while Strata adds layers of passionfruit and a signature herbal dankness. Cashmere rounds out the experience with subtle hints of melon and lime. Despite its 8% strength, the beer maintains a clean, neutral malt backbone that allows the hop-derived stone fruit and citrus to dominate. It finishes dry with a firm, lingering bitterness, embodying a modern approach to the style where intense fruitiness meets a punchy, resinous backbone.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (7-10 SRM). Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent, creamy off-white head that leaves significant lacing. Good clarity, though a very faint hop haze may be present from heavy dry-hopping.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of coconut, passionfruit, and ripe melon. Secondary layers of grapefruit, cedar, and a touch of berry are present. Malt is neutral and supportive, suggesting clean grain. Fermentation is very clean with a hint of alcohol sweetness but no harshness.

Taste. A forceful initial impression of tropical fruit, specifically coconut and passionfruit. The malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, providing a soft bready foundation.
