This robust Doppelbock pours a deep, intense dark brown, crowned by a voluminous, creamy light brown head. The sensory experience is anchored by a significant presence of Chocolate malt and the authentic earthy depth of Red Mayan Honduran cocoa beans. Together, they weave a tapestry of toasted malt richness, dark fruit nuances like plums, and a sophisticated, unsweetened cocoa character. Appearance. Deep dark brown with attractive ruby highlights; brilliant clarity. Large, persistent, creamy light brown head with excellent lacing. SRM 22–25.

Aroma. High intensity malt-forward profile. Strong notes of deeply toasted bread and rich Maillard products are complemented by a distinct, earthy cocoa and dark chocolate presence from the Red Mayan beans. Subtle dark fruit esters reminiscent of dried plums and dark grapes. No hop aroma. Clean fermentation.
