Corvus is a sophisticated Irish Stout that balances a profound roasted character with a highly approachable, long-drinking profile. The experience is centered on a sharp, torrefacto intensity, delivering clear sensory cues of freshly roasted coffee and unsweetened bitter chocolate. At 5.2% ABV, it carries slightly more weight than a standard session stout, yet maintains the classic dry finish essential to the style.
