Brutal Brewing’s Pistonhead Flat Tire breathes vibrant modern life into the classic American Lager style. Utilizing a clean-fermenting base of Pilsner and rich Müchener malts alongside a touch of Light Caramel malt, it delivers a subtle grainy sweetness with hints of freshly baked bread. This delicate malt canvas is elevated by dry-hopping with Mosaic and Centennial, imparting bright aromas of tropical fruits, sweet melon, and fresh citrus. Magnum hops contribute a balanced, clean bitterness that structuralizes the finish. Crisp, naturally carbonated, and brilliantly refreshing, it bridges the gap between clean lager drinkability and expressive craft hop character.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (3-4 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a moderate, fine-textured white head that settles relatively quickly but leaves a light ring and delicate lacing.
