Il représente une vision alternative de Bruxelles : multiculturelle, contemporaine et vivante !
La Belgique ne se résume pas à un musée de la bière poussiéreux, nous avons donc pour mission de continuer à écrire l’histoire de la bière d’aujourd’hui et de demain.
Nous brassons une nouvelle bière chaque semaine, nous accueillons des brasseurs du monde entier et notre communauté est toujours engagée.
Au-delà de la bière, nous voulons donner l’exemple d’une entreprise responsable et être un motif de fierté pour notre communauté. Nous avons brassé la première bière à partir de pain invendu au monde, il y a déjà 5 ans, symbole de l’économie circulaire aujourd’hui ! Depuis, nous cherchons en permanence à repousser nos limites et trouver de nouvelles façons de créer.
