Summer Haze is a vibrant, session-strength Hazy IPA designed for high drinkability and maximum aromatic impact. It opens with an intense bouquet of tropical fruit, specifically mango and passion fruit, backed by bright citrus zest. Despite its light 4.3% ABV, the beer presents a soft, pillowy texture derived from the use of flaked grains in the grist. The malt profile remains lean and bready, serving as a neutral canvas for the massive New World hop expression. It finishes clean and refreshing with a restrained bitterness characteristic of the style, making it an ideal companion for warm weather.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3–4 SRM). Opaque with a characteristic luminous haze; white, dense, meringue-like head with excellent retention and lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring pineapple, ripe mango, and grapefruit pith. Background notes of bready, grainy malt; clean fermentation profile with subtle fruity esters that complement the hop character.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with juicy tropical fruit and tangerine notes. Low bready malt flavor provides a light, doughy base. Low to moderate-low bitterness that is well-integrated and never sharp. The finish is off-dry and clean with a lingering juicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a soft, smooth texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle prickle on the tongue. No alcohol warmth or astringency present.
