The aromatic punch is driven by a hand-selected blend of Simcoe, Idaho 7, and Mosaic, delivering a vibrant bouquet of resinous pine, zesty citrus, and lush tropical berries. On the palate, Mosaic Cryo intensifies the fruit-forward character with notes of mango and blueberry, while Simcoe provides a grounding earthiness. A clean, grainy malt backbone supports the firm bitterness, leading to a crisp, medium-dry finish. Balanced and approachable, it showcases the pinnacle of hop selection with a smooth, lingering hop-focused aftertaste and a clean fermentation profile typical of a modern American IPA.
Appearance. Medium gold with a slight haze and a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical fruit notes of mango and papaya, complemented by berry, melon, and a distinct resinous pine. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle background support.
Taste. High hop flavor mirroring the aroma with citrus, stone fruit, and pine needles. Medium-high bitterness is firm but smooth, balancing a low grainy-sweet malt character. The finish is medium-dry and clean with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture and moderate-high carbonation. Alcohol presence provides a very light, well-integrated warmth without any harshness or astringency.
