The base of local Pilsner, malted wheat, and rye malt provides a soft, bready foundation enhanced by rice flakes for a crisp finish. A bouquet of Cascade, Amarillo, Mosaic, and Santo hops harmonizes with Magnum to deliver subtle citrus and tropical undertones. The addition of lime, ginger, mint, and cucumber creates a cooling, spa-like aromatics profile, while pink Himalayan salt adds a savory roundness. Spirulina contributes to its unique character, resulting in a tart, effervescent, and remarkably refreshing detox elixir that redefines the style.
Appearance. 3 SRM. Pale straw to yellow color. Moderate to tall white head with tight bubbles and fair retention. Unfiltered with a moderate to full haze; may show a unique hue from spirulina.
Aroma. High intensity. Clean lactic sourness blends with cooling mint, fresh-cut cucumber, and zesty lime. Low bready malt character from the wheat. Hop character is subtle with citrus and floral notes. Very low spicy ginger.
Taste. Initial impression is a bright, refreshing lactic tartness. Medium-low bready malt with a light spicy graininess from rye malt. Hop bitterness is very low, allowing acidity to balance.
