The addition of Earl Grey tea contributes a distinctive bergamot aroma and a subtle tannic structure, while lemon peels sharpen the citrus profile. Appearance. Medium gold to light reddish-amber (approx. 7-10 SRM) with a medium-sized, persistent white head and light lacing. Displays a slight haze likely due to the botanical tea and lemon peel additions.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit, tropical mango, and resinous pine.
