Infinitum is a Triple Hazy India Pale Ale that delivers an immersive sensory experience defined by intense hop saturation and unique honey additions. The aromatic profile is dominated by Nelson Sauvin’s white grape and gooseberry notes, intertwined with the passion fruit and citrus intensity of Galaxy and Citra Cryo. Honey Malted Oats provide a luxurious, velvety texture, while Peach Blossom Honey and Wildflower Honey add a delicate floral sweetness that softens the firm bitterness. Despite the formidable strength, the finish remains remarkably smooth, showcasing a sophisticated balance of tropical fruit layers and a gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
Appearance. Pale orange to deep gold (7-9 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a dense, creamy, persistent white head and heavy lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma featuring white wine, gooseberry, and passion fruit from Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. Significant citrus zest and resin from Citra Cryo. Background notes of floral wildflower honey and a soft, grainy oat character.
Taste. Initial impression of ripe tropical fruit and citrus. Prominent hop flavors of pineapple and lime blend with a vinous, grape-like quality. The Honey Malted Oats provide a soft, bready malt support, while the honey adds a subtle floral sweetness. Bitterness is firm but rounded and smooth, leading to a long, resinous, fruit-filled finish.
Mouthfeel. Full body with a pillowy, creamy texture. Medium carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth that is well-integrated. Low astringency.
