This New Zealand Pilsner offers a sophisticated sensory experience, elevated by a modern hop blend of Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, and Riwaka. The aroma is dominated by crushed gooseberry, white wine grapes, and stone fruits like peach and passionfruit. A unique addition of Jasmine Puffed Rice imparts a delicate floral elegance and a lean, nutty undertone to the crackery malt base. The palate is defined by a smooth, clean bitterness that highlights tropical lime and melon notes, leading into a crisp, dry finish. Appearance. Brilliant straw-gold (3-4 SRM) with exceptional clarity. Features a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves intricate lacing on the glass.
