This West Coast Cold IPA presents a striking sensory profile defined by its sharp clarity and assertive hop character. The aroma is an intense bouquet of citrus and stone fruit, where Citra Incognito and Galaxy drive vibrant notes of peach and passionfruit. Motueka SubZero introduces a unique layer of tropical lime and citrus zest, while Simcoe provides a grounding resinous and pine-forward backbone. On the palate, the experience is dominated by a firm, clean bitterness enriched by the spicy and herbal nuances of Chinook. It finishes exceptionally dry and crisp, with a lean malt structure that ensures the complex hop layers remain the focal point.
