This Wild Specialty Beer presents a vibrant sensory collision where a funky, acidic fermentation meets an opulent trio of Polish strawberry, juicy mango, and Madagascar vanilla. The nose is dominated by sun-ripened berry and tropical stone fruit, underscored by the floral, sweet-spice depth of hand-ground vanilla pods. On the palate, a sharp lactic tang accentuates the bright strawberry acidity, while the mango adds a fleshy, succulent mid-palate.
