X Anniversary 9/10 es una DDH Triple IPA brillante e intensamente lupulada. Esta cerveza fue elaborada con el objetivo de lograr una apariencia ultra pálida y turbia, y una expresión limpia del lúpulo con un amargor mínimo.

La colaboración de Stu Mostow con Civil Society Brewery se inspiró en las recoocidas TIPAs de estos últimos. Se utilizó una combinación de lúpulos clásicos de la nueva ola (Citra, Nelson, Galaxy) junto con variedades innovadoras como Krush y Riwaka.

¿El resultado? Una explosión de sabores: frutas blancas, toques de uva Sauvignon Blanc y notas tropicales de piña y mango.

To wyjątkowo jasna i intensywnie nachmielona IPA, w której zastosowaliśmy podwójne chmielenie na zimno – najpierw w trakcie fermentacji, a następnie podczas leżakowania. Jako Triple IPA, charakteryzuje się potężnym ekstraktem, co przekłada się na wyższą zawartość alkoholu.

Naszym celem było uzyskanie możliwie najjaśniejszej, mocno zmętnionej barwy oraz czystego, chmielowego profilu z minimalną goryczką. Przy tworzeniu receptury kluczową rolę odegrała współpraca z browarem Civil Society, znanym z wysoko cenionych, corocznych urodzinowych TIPAs.

Połączyliśmy klasyczne chmiele nowej fali – Citra, Nelson i Galaxy – z bardziej innowacyjnymi odmianami, takimi jak Krush i Riwaka. Efektem jest intensywny aromat białych owoców, nut naftowych kojarzonych z winogronami szczepu Sauvignon Blanc oraz bogate akcenty tropikalne, w tym ananasa i mango.

This beer was crafted with a focus on achieving an ultra-pale, hazy appearance and a clean hop expression with minimal bitterness. Collaboration with Civil Society Brewery played a key role in shaping this recipe, inspired by their highly regarded annual anniversary TIPAs. A combination of both classic new-wave hops (Citra, Nelson, Galaxy) and innovative varieties like Krush and Riwaka was used. The result is an explosion of flavors—white fruits, hints of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and tropical notes of pineapple and mango."

Klíčovou roli při formování tohoto receptu sehrála spolupráce s pivovarem Civil Society Brewery inspirovaný jejich vysoce ceněnými výročními výročními TIPA. Byla použita kombinace jak klasických novovlnných chmelů (Citra, Nelson, Galaxy), tak inovativních odrůd jako Krush a Riwaka.
