This sweet stout is opaquely black, with dominant notes of chocolate, caramel and coffee.

The addition of milk sugar (lactose) gives the beer more body and sweetness.

Meanwhile, the addition of roasted barley, in addition to color, introduces its characteristic bitterness, which, along with the hop notes, balances the flavour and encourages another sip.

Nitrogen saturation, using a special technology, gives a creamy texture and a beautiful, fine-bubbled head.
