This West Coast style American IPA delivers a punchy sensory experience focused on hop intensity and a crisp, lean profile. The aromatic profile is defined by Centennial hops, which contribute bright citrus notes, alongside Mosaic hops that provide complex layers of tropical fruit, earthy undertones, and forest resin. Despite its sessionable strength, the palate is dominated by a sharp, aggressive bitterness driven by Columbus hops, which cuts through a minimalist, clean grain bill. True to its name, the beer finishes exceptionally dry and refreshing, leaving a lingering trail of citrus peel and pine needle on the back of the throat.

Appearance. Pours a brilliant medium gold with exceptional clarity. Topped by a persistent, medium-sized white head that leaves significant lacing as it recedes.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring distinct layers of grapefruit and lemon zest from Centennial, intertwined with Mosaic-driven notes of mango, blueberries, and a damp, resinous earthiness. The malt character is low and clean, reminiscent of crackery grain, with a neutral fermentation profile.

Taste. The flavor starts with a sharp, clean bitterness that quickly transitions into vibrant hop flavors of tropical fruit and pine. Centennial adds a floral citrus brightness, while Columbus ensures the bitterness remains firm and assertive. The malt profile is extremely restrained, offering just enough bready support to prevent the hops from becoming harsh. It concludes with a bone-dry, hoppy finish and a long, bitter aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Carbonation is medium-high, accentuating the dry finish and refreshing character. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated.
