Aroma. High intensity of New World hops featuring distinctive white wine and gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin, complemented by subtle coconut and melon notes from Cashmere. Idaho Gem provides a sharp lime citrus and faint red berry aroma. Malt is clean and grainy-sweet at a low level, supporting a fermentation profile that is predominantly neutral with very light fruity esters.
Taste. Immediate, sharp hop flavor mirroring the aroma with dominant notes of white wine, lime zest, and tropical fruit. A firm, assertive bitterness provides a classic West Coast structure.
