This Dunkles Bock presents a bold, esencjonalne character rooted in a deep amber hue with garnet highlights. Appearance. Deep amber to light copper (SRM 14-22) with attractive garnet highlights. Features a large, creamy, and persistent off-white head with good lacing and brilliant clarity.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring rich bready-malty notes and toasty overtones. Virtually no hop aroma is present. The fermentation profile is clean, with a very subtle, allowable dark fruit character and a light, well-integrated alcohol presence.
