Robin is a refined Hazy IPA that masks its complexity behind an approachable, charming character. The hop profile is led by the unique, lemony dill and coconut nuances of Sorachi Ace, beautifully smoothed by the melon and tangerine notes of Cashmere. Ekuanot adds a layer of tropical depth and a hint of herbal sage, creating a multifaceted fruit bouquet that lingers on the palate. The 6.7% ABV provides a subtle structural warmth, while a grist featuring flaked grains delivers a soft, pillowy texture. This beer balances vibrant citrus brightness with a silky finish, embodying a sophisticated sensory profile that remains remarkably drinkable.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold (4-5 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze and a luminous shine. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with exceptional retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of lemon zest, lime, and a hint of coconut, transitioning into ripe melon and tropical papaya. Low bready and grainy malt presence in the background, complemented by subtle fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. Explosive fruity hop flavors of tangerine, berry, and tropical stone fruit. A light bready malt sweetness supports the hops without adding caramel or toast. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and restrained, integrating well with the off-dry finish. The aftertaste is clean and fruit-forward, lacking any hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, plush, and velvety texture. Medium carbonation provides a gentle lift, while the 6.7% ABV offers a very light, well-integrated warmth without any alcoholic bite or astringency.
