This Hazy Double IPA presents an expressive Australian hop profile featuring Enigma, Galaxy, and Topaz. Utilizing London Fog yeast to provide a soft, ester-driven foundation, the beer radiates an intense bouquet of passion fruit, peach, and distinctive red currant. On the palate, the high hop saturation of 22 grams per liter delivers deep layers of tropical lychee and a hint of resinous spice. At 7.8% ABV, the alcohol is expertly integrated into a creamy, medium-full body. The finish remains soft and juicy, characterized by a restrained bitterness that allows the complex, berry-like nuances of the Enigma hops to linger elegantly alongside a pillowy mouthfeel.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-7 SRM). Opaque, uniform haze with a dense, creamy, persistent white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent passion fruit, peach, and mango. Distinct berry notes resembling raspberry and red currant are present. Malt is low and bready, while the yeast contributes moderate stone fruit esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a punch of juicy tropical fruit. Hop flavors are intense, showcasing Galaxy-driven passion fruit and peach, complemented by lychee and a light resinous spice from Topaz. Low, soft, doughy malt support. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, not harsh. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering fruit cocktail aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Alcohol warmth is restrained and smooth. No hop-derived astringency.
