This Oat Cream Fruit IPA presents a lush, tropical experience driven by a massive addition of passion fruit and the unique profile of Nelson Kohia hops. The aroma leads with intense notes of crushed gooseberries, white wine grapes, and pungent tropical pulp. On the palate, the creamy foundation of oats provides a velvety, medium-full body that carries the sharp tang of passion fruit through a soft, rounded finish. The Nelson Kohia hops amplify the fruit's brightness while introducing a sophisticated, vinous complexity that balances the beer's underlying sweetness and smooth, pillowy texture, characteristic of the modern Fruit Beer style.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale orange (6-8 SRM) with a distinct, opaque haze. Pours with a dense, creamy white head that shows excellent persistence and leaves thick, lasting lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by fresh, tangy passion fruit and the vinous, gooseberry character of Nelson Kohia hops. Subtle background notes of sweet cream and doughy malt from the oats are present, with a very low, clean fermentation profile and no detectable phenols.

Taste. Initial impression of tropical passion fruit acidity balanced by a silky, bready malt sweetness. Nelson Kohia hops contribute flavors of white grape and lychee. Bitterness is mild, providing just enough structure to prevent the finish from being cloying. The finish is lingering and fruity with a soft, milky aftertaste and low hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notably creamy, velvety texture from the heavy use of oats. Carbonation is moderate. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated. No grain or hop-derived astringency.
