This modern American IPA showcases a vibrant, Southern Hemisphere hop profile led by Riwaka, Superdelic, and Nektaron. A sensory punch of tropical passionfruit and zesty grapefruit from the Riwaka melds seamlessly with the ripe stone fruit and pineapple notes characteristic of Nektaron. The addition of Superdelic introduces unique layers of red berries and sweet candy-like citrus. Supported by a lean, clean malt backbone, the hop intensity is front and center, concluding with a firm bitterness and a refreshing, dry finish. It offers a bright, aromatic experience that balances punchy New Zealand fruitiness with classic West Coast-inspired drinkability.

Appearance. Pours a medium gold with a slight, brilliant haze and a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passionfruit, white grapefruit, and nectarine. Subtle hints of red berry and tropical pineapple are supported by a very low, clean, grainy-sweet malt presence. Fermentation character is exceptionally clean with no noticeable esters.

Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward with intense flavors of stone fruit and citrus zest. The mid-palate reveals layers of tropical fruit and a light berry sweetness. Medium-high bitterness is firm but clean, balancing a low grainy malt profile. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hop resin and citrus peel aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high. No alcoholic warmth is perceived, and there is no harshness or astringency.
