Feel Harmony is a crisp Session Cold IPA crafted through a collaboration with Browar Wielka Wyspa. Fermented with lager yeast for an exceptionally clean fermentation profile, this American IPA highlights a vibrant hop bouquet of white grapes, tart gooseberry, and bright citrus. The use of a cool fermentation allows the delicate New World hop nuances to lead, supported by a lean, grainy malt base. It pours a clear medium gold with a persistent white head. The palate is decidedly dry and refreshing, delivering a pleasant bitterness that lingers softly against a lightweight, effervescent body, embodying a modern and streamlined hop experience.
Appearance. Medium gold (6-8 SRM); brilliant clarity with a medium-sized, white, persistent head and fine lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of white grapes and gooseberry, backed by sharp citrus. Very low, clean, grainy maltiness; no yeast-derived esters due to the cold fermentation process.
Taste. Clean, hop-forward flavors of citrus and white grape lead the palate. Medium-high bitterness that is firm but integrated. Low, grainy, cracker-like malt provides a light foundation. Very dry finish with a lingering, crisp, and hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, crisp texture. Moderate-high carbonation provides a refreshing bite. No alcohol warmth or astringency.
