These classic varieties offer a crisp, floral brightness that sits atop a lean, doughy malt base. The brewery's specific water profile sharpens the finish, lending a mineral-driven snap that enhances the beer’s dry character. Appearance. Straw to pale gold (3 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate-high intensity of herbal and spicy Lubelski and Perle hops. The hop-forward bouquet is supported by a light grainy-sweet malt presence reminiscent of fresh dough and a hint of toasted cracker. Clean fermentation profile with no esters or diacetyl.
