The use of Strata and Galaxy hops delivers intense layers of passion fruit, tropical citrus, and a signature dank resinous quality. This is complemented by Belma, which contributes unique hints of ripe strawberry, and Citra, providing a sharp grapefruit zest. The 13.5° Plato extract provides a clean, lean malt foundation that allows these hop varieties to shine without distraction. The result is a crisp, hop-forward experience with a dry finish and a firm, refreshing bitterness that defines the style's character.
Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM), clear with a medium-sized, persistent white head and moderate lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent passion fruit, grapefruit, and distinct strawberry notes over a background of dank resin. Malt is low and clean, providing a light grainy sweetness with a neutral fermentation profile.
Taste. Leading with high hop flavors of mango, citrus peel, and red berries. Low grainy malt support leads to a medium-high, clean bitterness. The finish is dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy and resinous aftertaste.
