Skwer is a vibrant American IPA that showcases a modern, fruit-forward hop profile. The synergy of Alora, Strata, and Citra hops delivers an intense sensory bouquet of passion fruit, sweet melon, and zesty lime. A foundational layer of clean, grainy malt provides just enough structure to balance the firm, resinous bitterness characteristic of the style. The pour is a brilliant medium gold with a persistent white head. On the palate, expect a crisp, dry finish where the tropical fruit character lingers alongside a neutral fermentation profile. This collaboration highlights a bright, punchy hop character while maintaining an approachable 5.7% ABV.

Appearance. Medium gold (7 SRM); medium-sized white head with good persistence and light lacing; brilliant clarity.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit, peach, and melon from the Alora and Strata hops, complemented by a sharp grapefruit and lime citrus from Citra. Low, clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hops. Fermentation profile is neutral and clean.

Taste. High hop flavor echoing the aroma's tropical fruit, berry, and citrus character. Initial grainy-sweet malt provides a brief supportive base before being overtaken by a medium-high, clean bitterness. The balance is decidedly hop-forward.
