Miraż is a decadent Wild Specialty Beer that pours with a vibrant, juice-like intensity, merging the jammy richness of raspberry and plum with the bright acidity of nectarine. The sensory experience is anchored by a luscious Bourbon vanilla sweetness that smooths out the sharp lactic tang typical of an Imperial Pastry Sour. Aromas of sun-ripened stone fruit and berries are complemented by a soft, woody undertone from the Bourbon influence. On the palate, the 18° Plato starting gravity provides a substantial, velvety texture that supports the complex interplay of tart fruit skins and creamy dessert-like finishes, resulting in a bold, multi-layered profile.

Appearance. Deep reddish-purple to magenta hue; opaque and juice-like. The head is thick, pastel-pink with moderate retention and light lacing.
