This non-alcoholic Straight Sour Beer offers an explosive sensory experience, delivering high-impact fruit character without the weight of alcohol. The profile is dominated by a sharp, clean lactic sourness that serves as a canvas for the vibrant additions of guava, kiwi, and gooseberry. The guava provides a tropical, musky depth, while the kiwi and gooseberry sharpen the beer's natural acidity with tart, green-fruit brightness. A subtle, crackery malt backbone provides just enough structure to support the intense fruit profile. Crisp and highly refreshing, it finishes remarkably dry, leaving a lingering impression of tropical citrus and tangy garden-fresh berries.

Appearance. Pale straw (2-3 SRM) with a slight haze from the heavy fruit additions. Features a frothy white head with moderate to low retention and light lacing, common in low-alcohol styles.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of tropical guava and sharp, tart gooseberry. A clean, lemony lactic sourness is prominent, supported by notes of fresh kiwi and a very low, crackery malt background. No hop aroma is present.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply acidic with a clean lactic sourness. Intense flavors of tropical guava and tangy kiwi dominate the mid-palate, while gooseberry adds a vinous, tart edge. Malt flavor is low, presenting as a faint bready note. Bitterness is undetectable, and the finish is bone-dry and crisp with lingering tart fruit.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied and lean with high carbonation that produces a prickly, effervescent sensation. No alcohol warmth is present. The acidity is sharp and refreshing without being harsh or astringent.

A savanyú sör olyan sör, amelynek szándékosan savanyú, savas vagy fanyar íze van. A hagyományos savanyú sörök közé tartoznak a belga lambic, a gueuze, a flamand vörös sörök, valamint a német gose. A savanyú sörök úgy készülnek, hogy vadélesztő törzseket vagy baktériumokat engednek a főzetbe, majd felforralják a sörlevet, hogy elpusztuljanak ezek a baktériumok és később ne befolyásolhassák az erjedést.
A savanyított sörhöz leggyakrabban használt mikrobák a Lactobacillus és a Pediococcus baktériumok, míg a Brettanomyces gomba szintén hozzáadhat némi savasságot a sörhöz.
