This non-alcoholic Straight Sour Beer offers a vibrant sensory experience, lead by a sharp and refreshing lactic acidity. The addition of red currant provides a bright, tart berry snap that defines the initial impression, while exotic notes of white guava and kiwi introduce a lush, tropical complexity and a subtle floral musk. Despite its low alcohol content, the beer maintains a high sensory impact, balancing the puckering fruit character against a very light, crackery malt backbone. It is a clean, effervescent, and highly refreshing modern sour that emphasizes pure fruit expression and a crisp, bone-dry finish.

Appearance. Pours a luminous light pink to soft red hue (SRM 4-6) with a slight fruit-induced haze. It supports a dense, pale pinkish-white head that exhibits poor retention, characteristic of the style and low ABV, leaving little lacing.

Aroma. Aromatic intensity is high, featuring a sharp lactic sourness intertwined with the distinct, tart aroma of red currant. Layers of tropical white guava and zesty kiwi provide a complex fruit bouquet. Malt presence is very low and bready, with no detectable hop aroma or fermentation funk.

Taste. Clean lactic sourness dominates the palate, immediately followed by the puckering tartness of red currant. The mid-palate is filled out by the fleshy sweetness of white guava and a tangy kiwi accent. Malt flavors are minimal, offering just enough bready character to support the acidity. It finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering tart fruit sensation; hop bitterness and flavor are undetectable.

Mouthfeel. Light-bodied with moderate to high carbonation that creates a prickly, effervescent sensation. There is no alcohol warmth whatsoever. The acidity is crisp and mouth-watering, though the fruit sugars provide a very slight perceived roundness.
