This Double IPA showcases a vibrant hop profile, spotlighting the New Zealand variety Nectaron alongside the iconic Citra and Mosaic. It delivers an aromatic explosion centered on ripe pineapple, juicy peach, and zesty pink grapefruit. The sensory experience is anchored by a clean, neutral malt backbone that permits the intense hop characteristics to dominate without the distraction of heavy residual sweetness. A firm, well-integrated bitterness provides structure against the 7.5% ABV, resulting in a crisp and highly drinkable finish. This beer epitomizes the modern interpretation of the style, balancing resinous depth with bright, tropical fruit intensity.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (6–14 SRM) with good clarity. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent pineapple and stone fruit from Nectaron, complemented by citrus grapefruit and tropical melon notes from Citra and Mosaic. Supportive, neutral grainy maltiness is subtle in the background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors of peach, pineapple, and citrus zest. Malt flavor is low to medium and strictly supportive, providing a clean, soft canvas. Bitterness is moderately high but smooth and lacking harshness. The finish is dry to medium-dry with a lingering, clean hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle. Restrained, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated; no hop-derived astringency.
