Øbliviøn presents an immersive sensory journey through a modern, hazy landscape. This Double IPA pours with a saturated, glowing haze, releasing a high-intensity bouquet driven by a complex hop blend. Sabro introduces distinctive creamy coconut and tropical nuances, while El Dorado contributes sweet pineapple and stone fruit notes. Azacca enhances the profile with ripe mango, complemented by the resinous pine and tangerine zest of Idaho 7. The 19° Plato base provides a substantial, velvety malt foundation that supports the intense fruitiness without becoming cloying. A restrained bitterness ensures a smooth, juice-like finish, perfectly integrating the 7.9% alcohol for a dangerously drinkable, modern experience.

Appearance. SRM 6-8. Deep gold to light orange color with a pronounced, opaque haze. Features a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward aroma. Prominent notes of tropical fruit, specifically mango and pineapple, combined with coconut, citrus zest, and a hint of resinous pine. Minimal malt character, showing only a neutral, soft graininess. Clean fermentation profile with a very light, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Leading with an explosion of tropical fruit flavors, specifically ripe mango, sweet pineapple, and stone fruit. Middle palate reveals Sabro-derived coconut and a touch of cream. Low to moderate bitterness that is soft rather than sharp. The malt provides a neutral, doughy support that balances the high hop saturation. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Alcohol provides a very gentle, restrained warmth without any harshness or solvent notes. No hop-derived astringency.
