This Hazy IPA showcases a vibrant synergy between Citra and Mosaic hops, delivering an intense aromatic profile of tropical mango, ripe blueberry, and zesty grapefruit. The pour is characteristically opaque with a pale gold hue and a dense, meringue-like head. On the palate, the hop flavors are lush and juicy, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone that provides a pillowy texture. Despite the massive hop presence, the bitterness is restrained and smooth, leading to a clean, fruity finish. This expression focuses on biotransformation and fruit-forward complexity, offering a refreshing and highly drinkable sensory experience centered on modern hop character.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (3–5 SRM). Opaque clarity with a characteristic hazy shine. Large, white, meringue-like head with excellent retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet dominated by tropical fruit (mango, papaya), citrus (lime, grapefruit), and stone fruit (peach). Clean, grainy malt notes reside in the background. Esters are supportive and fruity without being overtly phenolic or yeasty.

Taste. Lush tropical and citrus hop flavors mirror the aroma, specifically highlighting tangerine and berry-like notes from the Mosaic. Malt flavor is low and lightly bready. Perceived bitterness is low to medium-low, well-integrated and never harsh. The finish is soft and off-dry with a lingering juicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. No alcohol warmth or astringency is present, emphasizing a smooth, creamy texture.
