Exile is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that artfully bridges the gap between sharp lactic acidity and dessert-like indulgence. The sensory profile is dominated by an explosion of tropical fruit, led by the musky, sun-ripened character of Guava and the delicate, floral sweetness of Lychee. Kiwi adds a refreshing, slightly green tartness that cuts through the creamy pastry base. The malt profile provides a soft, bready foundation, while the pastry-style execution introduces a velvety texture that rounds out the tang. Despite the low ABV, it offers a rich, smoothie-like complexity, finishing with a lingering harmony of exotic fruit nectar and soft, vanilla-like sweetness.

Appearance. Pale straw to soft gold with a distinct cloudy, nectar-like haze. It pours with a moderate white head that shows moderate to low retention, leaving light lacing; subtle tropical tints from the guava may be visible in the light.

Aroma. High intensity aromatics of tropical fruit, featuring prominent musky guava and floral, perfume-like lychee. A clean lactic sourness provides a bright backdrop, complemented by sweet, doughy malt and a hint of creamy vanilla or marshmallow sweetness.

Taste. Initial impression is a balance of tart kiwi and sweet guava, followed by the juicy, floral character of lychee. The malt profile is soft and bready, supporting a significant residual sweetness that balances the sharp acidity. Hop bitterness is not perceived; the finish is lingering, creamy, and fruit-forward without the traditional dryness of a wild ale.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a plush, coating texture and significant creaminess. Carbonation is moderate, providing enough lift to prevent the fruit weight from becoming cloying. Alcohol warmth is entirely absent.

A savanyú sör olyan sör, amelynek szándékosan savanyú, savas vagy fanyar íze van. A hagyományos savanyú sörök közé tartoznak a belga lambic, a gueuze, a flamand vörös sörök, valamint a német gose. A savanyú sörök úgy készülnek, hogy vadélesztő törzseket vagy baktériumokat engednek a főzetbe, majd felforralják a sörlevet, hogy elpusztuljanak ezek a baktériumok és később ne befolyásolhassák az erjedést.
