Ecstasy presents as a robust American IPA that leans into modern juicy aesthetics while maintaining the structural integrity of the style. At 7.5% ABV, it offers a lush, tropical experience driven by intense New World hop character. The sensory profile is defined by a saturated bouquet of ripe mango, passion fruit, and bright citrus zest. While the brewer describes it as a Double Juicy IPA, it retains the assertive bitterness expected of the style, balanced by a clean, grainy malt backbone. This creates a rounded palate with heightened fruit intensity that finishes crisp, leaving a persistent resinous trail and a hint of smooth alcohol warmth.

Appearance. Deep gold to pale amber with a slight haze. Topped by a medium-sized, persistent off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of pineapple, tangerine, and passion fruit. A low, clean, grainy maltiness supports the hops, while fermentation is clean with negligible esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical fruit and citrus oil. Medium-high bitterness provides a firm structure against a backdrop of light, crackery malt and faint toasted notes. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, hoppy aftertaste of pine and citrus peel.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, velvety texture. Moderate-high carbonation provides a crisp lift, followed by a light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
